Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting mylindamcclellandart.com. 

Following are the terms and conditions for our Shipping Policy.

Domestic AU Shipping Policy

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, I will contact you via email or telephone.

I currently use Australia Post, Fastway Couriers, Trans Direct and FedEx postal services. These are the most reliable global carriers in the marketplace to bring our customers the best offers.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

I offer a weight-based pro-rated shipping rate for both domestic and international shipments.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

  • The average AU delivery times: 5-8 business days.

  • International orders from AU: 10-20 business days

  • International orders from Europe: 10-20 business days.

Shipped Separately

Some products might be shipped separately because they are packaged differently due to the nature of their sizes and types. For example,  my reproductions are shipped in packing tubes separate from other original artworks.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active with 24-48 hours.

All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out. Tracking numbers generate when a shipping label is scanned - keep in mind the tracking information may not reflect any action for up to 24-48 hours after a label has been printed.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

mylindaMcClellandArt is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipments outside of AU may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Our customer is responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by our customer.

Damages

MylindaMcClellandArt is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save and take photos of all packing materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

I currently ship outside of Australia. I offer a flat rate shipping fee for our international orders. An order is sent out with the most affordable available at the time. For international orders, it’s most likely to be shipped out with the (10-20 business days) method.

I do not ship orders to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. We ship internationally to most major countries.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not 100% happy with your new artwork, I offer a 7 day return period.

If you wish to return the artwork please email me on artbymylinda@gmail.com.

Artwork must be repackaged as it was delivered.

If framing has been added this is at the expense of the purchaser and will not be refunded.

I will arrange a courier to pick up the artwork.

The cost of the return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser and this will be subtracted from the amount refunded once the artwork has been safely returned.

The artwork must be in the same condition as when it was first posted.

Returns are not available for items that have been damaged in shipment.  These will be covered as part of the insurance attached to the delivery and the purchaser will be covered for any damaged art.
